We’re proud to announce that Pro-Vigil’s Senior Vice President of Operations (SVP) Ryan McElderry has been named a recipient of the 2025 Security Innovator Award! This is the second consecutive year a member of the Pro-Vigil has taken home this award with Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Satish Raj named a winner in 2024.
Ryan was chosen due to his operational precision achieved through his relentless focus on designing and implementing smart, scalable processes that combine human intelligence with AI-driven efficiency.
Under his leadership, Pro-Vigil was able to filter over 70 million security events every month down to just 13-15 million actionable incidents with just a single miss. By building a “machine” capable of handling massive amounts of real-time threat data without sacrificing attention to detail, speed, or accuracy, Ryan and his teams ensure that Pro-Vigil doesn’t just monitor; we act swiftly and decisively to prevent crime, protect our customers’ assets, and back it all up with indisputable video evidence.
Overseeing a global team of nearly 500 employees, Ryan has built one of the most scalable, efficient, and accurate remote video monitoring (RVM) operations in the industry, integrating technology, process discipline, and team leadership at an extraordinary level.
His professional journey has uniquely positioned him to lead in an era where physical security is nearly inseparable from SaaS, AI, and IoT technologies. At Pro-Vigil, he hasn’t just transitioned from software to physical security; he’s fused the two, helping the company embody the future of proactive, AI-driven security solutions.
Ryan motivates by explaining, collaborating, and solving problems from the ground up — not just issuing top-down mandates. His leadership philosophy emphasizes that any solution must be scalable, sustainable, and rooted in clear communication and shared purpose. Pro-Vigil is proud to have an innovator like Ryan on our team.
Congratulations to Ryan on this accomplishment!
