Downloading Video Has Never Been Easier
When something happens on your property, you need video fast. With this release, we’ve simplified how you access both continuous footage and motion events.
- Streamlined Continuous Footage Downloads: This new feature significantly improves usability, giving you the ability to quickly dial in the start and end time of the footage you want to download. Simply go to the Cameras menu on the main navigation and select the Footage option to begin now!
- Smarter Notifications: Instead of waiting on a screen for your continuous video to be downloaded, pop-ups and toaster messages keep you informed if a video is ready, still processing, or if your camera is offline. All downloads will be available by visiting the Cameras menu on the main navigation, and then selecting the Downloads option.
- Motion Events Now Have Flexible Dowload Options: In addition to enhancing our continuous footage download options, we have also streamlined how you can get your motion event footage. You can now choose a stitched video for easy viewing of all the events or choose to download each of the separate clips in a ZIP folder.
This means no more wasting time digging through irrelevant footage. Instead, you get the video you need, when you need it.
Real-Time Visibility Across Your Sites
Managing multiple locations? Now you can see exactly how many cameras and devices are online with real-time site summaries. This helps you have a more transparent view into your site and streamlines management of your users. The Site Summary section is under the Site option on the main navigation.
A Better Experience from Start to Finish
- Password Help That Works – If you ever forget your password, the reset process is now seamless and straightforward.
- Clear Event Grouping – Site activities are easier to review, so you can quickly understand what happened and where. Easily find events with enhanced time window logic, along by searching whether the Pro-Vigil team contacted your site personnel or the police.
- Improved Live View – HD live video sessions now close automatically after timing out, helping everything run more smoothly.
