#1 Live View of Your Property –

One of the benefits of Pro-Vigil cameras being connected to the internet is that you can access a live view of your business from virtually anywhere. Have no fear, our team of virtual guards is still monitoring your property around-the-clock. But live view enables a host of business benefits beyond security. We’ve had customers utilize this feature to check if work crews or deliveries have arrived on time, monitor customer foot traffic, monitor on-site weather conditions, and the list goes on!

#2 Review Recorded Incidents –

Not only is this feature helpful if a crime is deterred and you want to review what happened, but Pro-Vigil customers have been able to leverage recorded footage for a number of uses.

In fact, one of our customers used recorded footage to prove that a delivery driver damaged a truck on their lot. See for yourself by checking out the video below:

In this case, the business was able to use the footage to prove the delivery driver was at fault, making sure they would not be on the hook for any costs associated with the damage.

Maybe you’re expecting a delivery, or a cleaning service is scheduled to arrive during hours we would normally monitor your site. No worries!

By using the PSA feature, you can let us know of these changes so we can adjust on our end to avoid false alarms and avoid calling the authorities on the delivery person!

In addition, you can also arm/disarm your system straight from your mobile device.

Need to stop by work after hours? Just disarm the system so alarms won’t be triggered.

#4 Check Camera Health –
