Pro-Vigil is proud to announce that Founder and CEO Jeremy White has been named a recipient of the 2026 Security Innovator Award, as featured on SecurityInfoWatch.com. The honor lands in a milestone year as 2026 marks 20 years since Jeremy founded Pro-Vigil, and it also marks the third consecutive year a Pro-Vigil executive has been named a Security Innovator.
Jeremy was recognized for refusing to treat remote video monitoring as “good enough.” Over two decades, he has pushed Pro-Vigil, and the remote video monitoring (RVM) industry, to be smarter, faster and more reliable. This includes leading the vision behind Pro-Vigil’s Surveillance Operations Center, the heartbeat of the company’s 24/7 U.S. monitoring operations. Rather than outsourcing monitoring to a third party, Jeremy championed reinvesting in Pro-Vigil’s own teams, a decision that helped the center earn UL certification and The Monitoring Association’s Five Diamond Designation, two of the security industry’s highest honors.
That same instinct to solve the next real problem before it becomes one has shaped Pro-Vigil’s approach to AI, human oversight and crime prevention ever since. Last year alone, Pro-Vigil helped prevent nearly 28,000 crimes across customer sites, a track record 20 years in the making.
An Innovative Track Record
Jeremy’s honor extends a streak that now spans three years and three different leaders, each recognized for a different piece of what makes Pro-Vigil work. In 2024, CTO Satish Raj was named a Security Innovator for his thought leadership in artificial intelligence (AI). Raj leads Pro-Vigil’s engineering team, the group responsible for building the proprietary technology and AI behind the company’s remote video monitoring services. With more than 25 years of experience building and leading technology teams, Raj has been instrumental in embedding AI throughout Pro-Vigil’s platform, both to keep customers safer and to make monitoring personnel more efficient.
In 2025, SVP of Operations Ryan McElderry earned the honor for his operational precision, built through smart, scalable processes that pair human intelligence with AI-driven efficiency. Under his leadership, Pro-Vigil filters more than 70 million security events every month down to just 13 to 15 million actionable incidents. Overseeing a global team of nearly 500 employees, Ryan has built one of the most scalable and accurate remote video monitoring operations in the industry, fusing technology, process discipline and team leadership at a level few in the space can match.
Three executives, three years, one consistent throughline: Pro-Vigil doesn’t settle, and its leaders keep finding new ways to prove it.
