As Chief Financial Officer at Pro-Vigil, Adam oversees financial strategy, reporting, and operations, ensuring the company’s continued expansion is supported by strong processes, disciplined execution, and a people-first approach.

Before joining Pro-Vigil, Adam served in multiple CFO and executive finance roles across technology, consulting, managed services, and digital commerce. He most recently held interim CFO roles with CQL and Illuminas, where he led full-cycle M&A, redesigned KPI frameworks, improved financial reporting automation, and supported multi-disciplinary teams through significant organizational change. Adam also served as CFO/COO of Illuminas, guiding finance and operations across global B2B and consumer research markets.
