Carefree Maintenance and Support Plan
Company will provide regular remote preventive and unscheduled maintenance services to ensure Client equipment is running at peak levels with minimal downtime. The Care Free Maintenance and Support Plan offers an enhanced coverage option. Included in the plan is routine cleaning and preventive maintenance in addition to robust remote technical support. The plan additionally includes labor and material costs associated with repairs to cameras, thermal cameras, access points, solar panels, batteries, IP power boxes, sirens, strobes, housings, lighting and other internal and external equipment in the event of failure due to normal wear and tear. If an unscheduled service visit is required, the Company’s monitoring notification system automatically creates a priority service ticket and notifies the Client of applicable service details. With the Carefree Maintenance and Support Plan, Clients have access to Pro-Vigil’s customer portal along with a dedicated Customer Experience Manager to help guide them through the process, answer questions, and handle any issues that may arise.
Should the Client elect to opt out of the plan, Client will be subject to the then current time and material billing rates. Costs associated with intentional damage will be excluded from this plan as determined by Company. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Carefree Maintenance and Support Plan does not cover damages or losses that occur due to gross negligence or willful misconduct of Client.
Monthly Holiday Protection Plan
Company will provide extended monitoring hours of all Company defined holidays plus an additional three flex holidays to cover your business’ unique holiday schedule. Holidays are defined each year by the Company and include: Memorial Day (Last Monday of May), Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day (First Monday in September), Thanksgiving (Fourth Thursday in November), Christmas Day (December 25th) and New Year’s Day (January 1st). This Plan provides the Client with worry free regular holiday coverage plus after hours monitoring for up to 24 hours of protection on each designated Holiday. The Client may modify their holiday dates and hours by using Pro-Vigil’s customer portal, responding to the automated emails for coverage from Company or simply call the Client’s designated Account Manager to schedule their required holiday monitoring requirements. Should Client elect to opt out of this program they will be subject to current holiday monitoring rates.
