Arrest Made – Not Sneaky Enough
This guy pulled up and parked some distance from the construction site. Little did he know we saw him driving down the street and approaching the site through a mobile surveillance unit being remotely monitored at Pro-Vigil’s Central Surveillance Center. The intruder didn’t respond to sirens and strobes, so the Remote Guard dispatched the authorities. Chalk it up as another crime successfully deterred and an arrest made.

Arrested – Breaking and Entering
This intruder entered a residential construction project that is secured by one of Pro-Vigil’s mobile surveillance unit, and remotely monitored at their Central Surveillance Center by a Remote Guard. After the individual entered the property, the Remote Guard attempted to deter the individual by activating a warning command over a PA system on-board the mobile surveillance unit. The next step was to contact the local authorities to remove the individual. He was found inside and removed from the property.

Arrested cutting through property
This guys was cutting through a large commercial site that is guarded by Pro-Vigil’s mobile surveillance unit and monitored live remotely from their Central Surveillance Center. After activating the sirens and strobes on the surveillance unit, the Remote Guard was not able to confirm that the individual left the site, so the local authorities were dispatched. The intruder was later found in the site hiding and arrested for trespassing.

This guy just jogged right onto this construction project like it was part of his 3 mile route. He was quickly turned back by the mobile surveillance unit on the site and the Remote Guard watching the property.

The intruder appeared to be testing us and not a real threat to the project. Our clients often test us, and we encourage it. Stay Out of This Trash
This is a gas station under construction being guarded by one of Pro-Vigil’s mobile surveillance units. The intruder walked onto the property and made his way towards the trash bin. He didn’t know that the mobile surveillance unit was being monitored live at Pro-Vigil’s Central Surveillance Center. As soon as a Remote Guard activated a siren and strobe, this guy left the property empty handed.

Protecting Apartment Complexes
This individual looked suspicious loitering around these cars in this occupied apartment complex. Remote Guard, watching the individual through cameras mounted on a mobile surveillance unit, activated a siren and the guy jumped the fence and left the property.

Out of the Pool…Fools
These kids either don’t know how to tell time, or just didn’t know the community pool was closed at 1:55am. A Remote Guard at Pro-Vigil’s Central Surveillance Center activated a siren and the kids quickly left.

City Park and Rec Closed
These kids were entering a city park that was closed and is protected after hours by Pro-Vigil’s mobile surveillance unit. As soon as the Remote Guard watching the site saw the kids, a siren was activated and the kids quickly left.

This van entered a commercial construction project after hours. The construction security is provided by Pro-Vigil’s mobile surveillance units, and remotely monitored at a Central Surveillance Center. Though this vehicle looks like a contractor, there was not planned site activity, so the Remote Guard activated a siren and strobe combo secured to the mobile surveillance unit and the van decided to promptly leave the site.

Residential Project Has Visitors

This is a large residential project that hired Pro-Vigil to place mobile surveillance units and monitor them remotely from one of PV’s Central Surveillance Centers. These two kids wondering around the site quickly left as soon as a Remote Guard activated a prerecorded warning message over the public address system on-board the mobile surveillance unit.

Have to find a new Hangout

This homeless man was probably just looking for a place to sleep, but this construction project is dangerous and could harm him or others. Pro-Vigil placed a mobile surveillance unit outside the property and remotely monitors the cameras for this type of activity. As soon as the Remote Guard saw the intruder, he activated a sire and a strobe and the man left quickly.

May was a busy month for Pro-Vigil crime prevention. We saved our customers $165,984* in property crimes in May alone, up about $35,000 from the previous month! The numbers include 65 successful deterrents, 18 police interventions, and 1 arrest.

Weekly Videos – Keeping Kids Off the Site and Safe

Kids Entering the Site
We commonly associate mobile surveillance units with construction security, or security in general, but safety and compliance are as important….if not more. Keeping kids off of these construction sites reduces our clients liability and keeps the kids safe. Pro-Vigil monitors the mobile surveillance units from one of several Central Surveillance Centers they own and operate. Once a Remote Guard manually activates a siren and strobe on this surveillance unit, the kids respond and leave the site.

Construction security is a common application for Pro-Vigil’s mobile surveillance units, but there are other benefits that include project management, delivery confirmation, and safety. In this case these kids really didn’t pose a treat to the construction project, but could have been injured or killed if allowed to play on this commercial construction project. The Remote Guard monitoring the cameras on this particular mobile surveillance unit responded quickly by activating a warning command. This remotely triggered device successfully deterred the kids.

Weekly Videos – More Successful Videos

Utility Yard Security
This utility yard houses electrically utility equipment and company vehicles. Due to increased numbers of theft on this site, Pro-Vigil was hired to install cameras and watch the video live from their Central Surveillance Center. Remote Guards watching the utility site have the ability to communicate with intruders by playing pre-recorded messages, or remotely activating sirens and strobes. This intruder responded by leaving the site as soon as the Remote Guard watching the site activated a siren. Pro-Vigil provides live video surveillance for the properties of some of the largest utility company’s substations, service centers, and lay down yards in the US.

Commercial Construction Security
This commercial construction project boarders a busy road in a bad part of town. This exposes this site to many potential thieves. Pro-Vigil deployed multiple Mobile Surveillance Units on the site and monitor the cameras live from one of their Central Surveillance Centers. Remote Guards watching the site identified and intruder and activated a warning message which sent this unwanted guest running. Many companies claim to monitor, but where are their videos showing actual crimes being deterred week after week.

Community Pool Security
Pro-Vigil doesn’t just offer mobile surveillance services, but also live surveillance for fixed installs. This community pool has had problems with late night parties at the pool resulting in broken furniture and broken glass. From Pro-Vigil’s Central Surveillance Center, Remote Guards actively monitor the cameras around the pool and active a siren and strobe if there are any visitors after the pool is closed…like this group of kids. Community pool security is in high demand, and Pro-Vigil has the ability to protect the pools and keep them open for residents to enjoy.
