Sometimes you need a bird’s eye view

Today’s installation of a VGS-MD required us to install the unit about halfway up a crane’s mast. We got a couple of shots while we were installing. Should be fun to see what we come up with.

Pro-Vigil was hired to protect this construction site with the use of their mobile surveillance units (Virtual Guard Stations). These units are monitored remotely from one of Pro-Vigil’s Central Surveillance Centers. Once the thief was seen on the site, the Remote Guard activated a siren and strobe which sent the guy run…dragging tools and supplies with him down the road. The police were immediately dispatched and the subject was arrested a block away. He had previous offenses for theft, warrants, probation violation, and new theft charges. You won’t see this guy anytime soon.

Just Testing Us

Its not always thieves and vandals poking their heads on a site. In this video, it is actually a client just testing us as he passed by the construction site one evening. This particular site protected by one of Pro-Vigil’s Virtual Guard Stations and monitored live from one of their Central Surveillance Centers. This client’s trust in Pro-Vigil was just re-enforced.

Not tonight!

This group of unwanted guests jumped a fence to this construction site that was protected by a Virtual Guard Station. This unit is monitored live from one of Pro-Vigil’s Central Surveillance Centers and as soon as the Remote Guard activated the deterrent equipment, this group decided to retreat.
